Recently Obama's camp has been pointing out Hillary's "Sniper Fire" lies about her trip to Bosnia. I guess he'll never learn not to sling mud when it is shapped like a bomerrang. Obama pointing at Hillary and Saying "Liar Liar pants on Fire!" is like the pot calling the kettle black. (And no Rev Wright that's not a racial comment.)
Here is a short list of Obama's
#10: Obama Was A Constitutional Law Professor: At A Recent Fundraiser, Obama Claimed He Was A "Constitutional Law Professor." "'I was a constitutional law professor, which means unlike the current president I actually respect the Constitution,' Obama told an audience at a campaign fundraiser." (Brendan Farrington, "Obama: Bush Fails To Respect The Constitution," The Associated Press, 3/30/07) On The University Of Chicago Law School Website, Obama Is Listed As A "Senior Lecturer In Law (On Leave Of Absence)." (University Of Chicago Law School Website, http://www.law.uchicago.edu/faculty/obama, Accessed 3/30/07) Obama Made This False Claim In His 2004 Senate Race. "Several direct-mail pieces issued for Obama's primary [Senate] campaign said he was a law professor at the University of Chicago. He is not. He is a senior lecturer (now on leave) at the school. In academia, there is a vast difference between the two titles. Details matter." (Lynn Sweet, "Obama's Book: What's Real, What's Not" Chicago Sun-Times, 8/8/04)
#9: Obama's Parents "Got Together" Because Of The 1965 Selma March: In His Selma Speech, Obama Said His Parents "Got Together" And He Was Born As A Result Of The Selma March. Obama: "Because some folks were willing to march across a bridge. So they got together and Barack Obama, Jr. was born. So don't tell me I don't have a claim on Selma, Alabama." (Senator Barack Obama, Remarks At Brown Chapel AME Church, Selma, AL, 3/4/07) "Earlier In The Day At A Prayer Breakfast, The Illinois Democrat Said: 'If It Hadn't Been For Selma, I Wouldn't Be Here.'" (Anne E. Kornblut and Peter Whoriskey, "Clinton, Obama Link Selma March To Present," The Washington Post, 3/5/07) But Obama Was Born In 1961, 4 YEARS BEFORE The 1965 Selma March. "Barack Obama was born in Hawaii on August 4th, 1961." (Obama For America Website, www.barackobama.com, Accessed 3/6/07; Anne E. Kornblut and Peter Whoriskey, "Clinton, Obama Link Selma March To Present," The Washington Post, 3/5/07)
#8: Obama Was Fluent In Indonesian As A Child: Obama's Claim That He Quickly Became Fluent In Indonesian As A Child Was Disputed By A Former Teacher. "Obama has claimed on numerous occasions to have become fluent in Indonesian in six months. Yet those who knew him disputed that during recent interviews. Israella Pareira Darmawan, Obama's 1st-grade teacher, said she attempted to help him learn the Indonesian language by going over pronunciation and vowel sounds. He struggled greatly with the foreign language, she said, and with his studies as a result." (Kirsten Scharnberg and Kim Barker, "The Not-So-Simple Story Of Barack Obama's Youth," Chicago Tribune, 3/25/07)
#7: Obama Mistakenly Received A Letter From A Company In Which He Owned Stock: "Obama Said At Some Point In Fall 2005 He Got A Stockholder Letter. He Said He Believes It Was From AVI Or Skyterra, But He Couldn't Remember Which Company." (Nedra Pickler, "Obama Unaware Of Investment Conflicts," The Associated Press, 3/7/07) According To SEC Records, SkyTerra Did Not Send Investors Its SEC Proxy Forms In Fall 2005. "The origin of the shareholder update Obama referred to remains unclear. SkyTerra, like many public companies, sends investors copies of its Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) proxy forms, also known as 14As, but none were issued during the fall of 2005, according to SEC records." (Elana Schor, "2008 And Counting: Sen. Obama Pivots After Bad Press," The Hill, 3/8/07) AVI Investor-Relations Director: "It Doesn't Sound Like Anything We Would Have Sent Out." "AVI generally sends mailings to shareholders or institutional investors that proactively request them or sign up for e-mail lists, said Michael Hubbard, AVI's investor-relations director. 'It doesn't sound like anything we would have sent out,' Hubbard said." (Elana Schor, "2008 And Counting: Sen. Obama Pivots After Bad Press," The Hill, 3/8/07)
#6: Obama's Campaign Only Had "Very Attenuated" Ties To The "1984" Ad Creator: Obama Suggested That "1984" Ad Creator Phil De Vellis Was The Equivalent Of A Contract Employee And Therefore Could Not Be Held Responsible For His Conduct. "Thursday, Obama said of de Vellis that his campaign had no way of knowing who this person was.' 'If I have a phone contract with Verizon and an employee of a phone company does something that you know ... we're not responsible for that,' Obama said." (Jake Tapper and Jonathan Greenberger, "Anti-Clinton Ad Maker Lived With Obama Senate Staffer," ABC News, 3/23/07) De Vellis Is An Employee Of Blue State Digital, A Computer Firm Consulting For Obama. "Obama's campaign says it had no role in creating or posting the ad. But Wednesday, Democratic operative Philip de Vellis took credit for the ad. It turned out that he worked for Blue State Digital, a computer firm that is among Obama's consultants." (Dan Morain, "Ad Creator Claimed Role In Obama Campaign," Los Angeles Times, 3/23/07) Joe Rospars, A Co-Founder Of Blue State Digital, Is Now Obama's Director Of New Media. "Blue State helped design Obama's Web site, and one of the firm's founding members, Joe Rospars, took a leave from the company to work as Obama's director of new media." (Jim Kuhnhenn, "Anti-Clinton Ad Puts Spotlight On Obama," The Associated Press, 3/23/07) "On Thursday, An Earlier E-Mail Surfaced In Which De Vellis Boasted To Numerous People About His Role In The Creation Of A Web Page, My.BarackObama. Com, A Site Designed By Blue State Digital." (Dan Morain, "Ad Creator Claimed Role In Obama Campaign," Los Angeles Times, 3/23/07) Obama's Press Secretary Recently Lived With De Vellis, Undermining Obama's Previous Statements That His Campaign Had Only "Very Attenuated" Ties. "The press secretary for Sen. Barack Obama, D-Ill., recently lived with the creator of the scathingly satirical YouTube video ad that attacked Sen. Hillary Clinton, D-N.Y., a revelation that seems to undermine the senator's claim that he and his campaign had only 'very attenuated' ties with the ad's creator." (Jake Tapper and Jonathan Greenberger, "Anti-Clinton Ad Maker Lived With Obama Senate Staffer," ABC News, 3/23/07)
#5: Obama's Campaign Didn't Have The "Technical Capacity" To Produce The "1984" Ad: Obama Claims Campaign Didn't Have The "Technical Capacity" To Create The Ad. Obama: "But it's not something that we had anything to do with or were aware of and that frankly, given what it looks like, we don't have the technical capacity to create something like that." (CNN's "Larry King Live," 3/24/07) But The Creator Admitted All It Took Was A "Sunday Afternoon" On His Mac. Phillip de Vellis: "I made the ad on a Sunday afternoon in my apartment using my personal equipment (a Mac and some software), uploaded it to YouTube, and sent links around to blogs." (The Huffington Post, "I Made the "Vote Different" Ad," Posted By Phil De Vellis, http://www.huffingtonpost.com/phil-de-vellis-aka-parkridge/i-made-the-vote-differen_b_43989.html, Posted 3/21/07 )
#4: Obama's Campaign Claimed His High School Friend Tried To Extort Money From Them: "According To The Obama Campaign, [Obama's Punahou Classmate Keith] Kakugawa Explicitly Raised The Possibility That He Could Make Up False Stories About Obama, Implying He Would Do So If The Campaign Did Not Give Him Money." (Maurice Possley, Kirsten Scharnberg and Ray Gibson, "An Old Friend's Troublesome Return," Chicago Tribune, 3/25/07) Kakugawa Was "Infuriated" By The Charge And Flatly Denied It. "That allegation infuriated Kakugawa, prompting him to speak to the Tribune after repeatedly refusing to do so. 'You must understand, I am not an extortionist,' he said in a telephone interview from Los Angeles, where he is living out of a car with an acquaintance after being released from a California prison on March 10. 'Listen, I'm homeless. ... I ask everyone I know for money.'" (Maurice Possley, et al, "An Old Friend's Troublesome Return," Chicago Tribune, 3/25/07) "Kakugawa Wouldn't Discuss His School Days With Obama Other Than To Say He Considered The Senator 'A Brother' And 'Wouldn't Do A Damn Thing To Ever Hurt His Campaign.'" (Maurice Possley, et al, "An Old Friend's Troublesome Return," Chicago Tribune, 3/25/07)
#3: Obama Places Himself In The Central Role In The Altgeld Gardens Asbestos Campaign: Obama "Unfairly Omits Others Responsible For The Successes Of The Asbestos Campaign." "And though most memoirs place their authors at the center of events, critics of Dreams From My Father say the book unfairly omits others responsible for the successes of the asbestos campaign, an event that Obama portrays as central to his maturation as a political leader." (Peter Wallsten, "Obama Memoir Left Out Credits For Activism, Critics Say," Los Angeles Times, 2/19/07) "Obama Did Not Play The Singular Role In The Asbestos Episode." "They say Obama did not play the singular role in the asbestos episode that he portrays in the best-selling memoir 'Dreams From My Father: A Story of Race and Inheritance.' Credit for pushing officials to deal with the cancer-causing substance, according to interviews and news accounts from that period, also goes to a well-known preexisting group at Altgeld Gardens and to a local newspaper called the Chicago Reporter. Obama does not mention either one in his book." (Peter Wallsten, "Obama Memoir Left Out Credits For Activism, Critics Say," Los Angeles Times, 2/19/07)
#2: Obama Had Heated Discussions With A High School Friend Named "Ray" About Racial Issues: Although Obama Recounts "Heated Conversations About Racism" With A Character He Calls "Ray," The Real "Ray" Says It Never Happened. "In his best-selling autobiography, 'Dreams from My Father,' Obama describes having heated conversations about racism with another black student, 'Ray.' The real Ray, Keith Kakugawa . . . said he does recall long, soulful talks with the young Obama and that his friend confided his longing and loneliness. But those talks, Kakugawa said, were not about race. 'Not even close' . . ." (Kirsten Scharnberg and Kim Barker, "The Not-So-Simple Story Of Barack Obama's Youth," Chicago Tribune, 3/25/07) Obama Did Not Participate In Discussions On Race With His Fellow Black Classmates In High School. "The handful of black students who attended Punahou School in Hawaii, for instance, say they struggled mightily with issues of race and racism there. But absent from those discussions, they say, was another student then known as Barry Obama." (Kirsten Scharnberg and Kim Barker, "The Not-So-Simple Story Of Barack Obama's Youth," Chicago Tribune, 3/25/07)
#1: Seeing A Photograph In Life Or Ebony Magazine Changed Obama's Life: The Life Magazine Article And Photograph Obama Discusses "Doesn't Exist." "Then there's the copy of Life magazine that Obama presents as his racial awakening at age 9. In it, he wrote, was an article and two accompanying photographs of an African-American man physically and mentally scarred by his efforts to lighten his skin. In fact, the Life article and the photographs don't exist, say the magazine's own historians." (Kirsten Scharnberg and Kim Barker, "The Not-So-Simple Story Of Barack Obama's Youth," Chicago Tribune, 3/25/07) Obama Volunteered It May Have Been Ebony Magazine, But No Such Ebony Article Matched Obama's Description. "When asked about the discrepancy, Obama said in a recent interview, 'It might have been an Ebony or it might have been ... who knows what it was?' (At the request of the Tribune, archivists at Ebony searched their catalogue of past articles, none of which matched what Obama recalled.)" (Kirsten Scharnberg and Kim Barker, "The Not-So-Simple Story Of Barack Obama's Youth," Chicago Tribune, 3/25/07)

Hillary's criminal actions and lies
Over last 40 years Hillary has been implicated in many different criminal actions. A recent example is the illegal handling of 1.6 million dollars that was donated by Peter F Paul in Hillary’s 2000 Senatorial Campaign.
Cattle Futures & Conflicts of Interest
In 1979, Hillary Clinton’s trades in cattle futures contracts generated criticism regarding conflict of interest and allegations of disguised bribery. Her initial $1,000 investment generated $100,000 when she stopped trading ten months later. Furthermore, in his book Devil Take The Hindmost : A History Of Financial Speculation, Edward Chancellor noted that Clinton made her money by betting “on the short side at a time when cattle prices doubled.” Marshall Magazine, a publication of the Marshall School of Business, found that “Two-thirds of her trades showed a profit by the end of the day she made them and 80 percent were ultimately profitable.” According to the Washington Post, “[w]hile Clinton’s account was wildly successful to an outsider, it was small compared to what others were making in the cattle futures market in the 1978-79 period.” However, the Post’s comparison was of absolute profits, not necessarily percentage rate of return.
Chicago Mercantile Exchange records indicated that $40,000 of her profits came from larger trades initiated by Clinton’s lawyer and friend, James Blair, an experienced futures trader and outside counsel to Tyson Foods. According to exchange records, Robert L. “Red” Bone, the commodities broker that facilitated the trades on behalf of Ray E. Friedman and Co. (Refco), reportedly because Blair was a good client, allowed Clinton to maintain her positions even though she did not have enough money in her account to cover her activity. For example, she was allowed to order 10 cattle futures contracts, normally a $12,000 investment, in her first commodity trade in 1978 although she had only $1,000 in her account at the time. Refco was fined for violating Chicago Mercantile Exchange rules governing margin trading. Leo Melamed, a former chairman of the Mercantile Exchange who reviewed the records for the White House, said in an interview that Clinton violated no rules in the course of her transactions.
WhiteWater
The Whitewater controversy was a series of events and actions that had its origins in 1978. While in Arkansas, the Clintons were partners with Jim and Susan McDougal in a real estate venture known as the Whitewater Development Corporation. According to reports, the Clintons lost their financial investment in the Whitewater business projects. At the time the McDougals operated a savings and loan that retained Hillary Clinton’s legal services at Rose Law Firm. When the McDougals’ savings and loan failed in 1994, federal investigators subpoenaed Clinton’s legal billing records for auditing purposes. Hillary Clinton claimed to be unable to produce these records. After an extensive, two-year search, the records were found in the first lady’s book room in the White House and delivered to investigators in 1996. The delayed appearance of the billing records sparked intense interest and another investigation about how they surfaced and where they had been; Clinton attributed the problem to disorganization that resulted from her move from the Arkansas Governor’s Mansion to the White House. After the discovery of the ‘lost’ records, on January 26, 1996, Clinton made history by becoming the first First Lady to testify before a grand jury.
The Whitewater investigation was initiated by Independent Counsel Robert Fiske appointed by Attorney General Janet Reno. The case was later taken over by Independent Counsel Kenneth Starr, and concluded by Independent Counsel Robert Ray. Several other allegations were also investigated under the Whitewater umbrella. The investigations, which took place during Bill Clinton’s presidency and cost an estimated $40 million, resulted in the McDougals being jailed and Webster Hubbell pleading guilty to felony charges of lying to federal investigators about Clinton’s role in both Whitewater and the savings and loan failure. No criminal charges were brought against the Clintons themselves, as Robert Ray’s final report on September 20, 2000 stated that there was ‘insufficient evidence’ that either of them had engaged in criminal wrongdoing.
Travel office firings
On May 19, 1993, several long-time employees of the White House Travel Office were fired for alleged incompetence or illegal activities. Accusations were made that Hillary Clintonwas involved in the firings and that they were unjustified and were done in order to give the business to friends of the Clintons; she denied any role in the firings. Supporters claimed that the employees in question were officially political appointees (although they had served under Presidents of both parties) who served “at the President’s pleasure” and could be fired or reassigned at any time. The affair became known as “Travelgate”. On June 23, 2000, Whitewater Independent Counsel Robert Ray stated in a final report that while there was substantial evidence that she was involved in the firings, it could not be proved that she had deliberately lied about the matter, and so no charges would be brought.
Vince Foster
On July 20, 1993, White House Deputy Counsel Vince Foster died by suicide. The general Whitewaterinvestigation included an examination of Foster’s death and the circumstances around it. Whitewater Independent Counsel Kenneth Starr‘s investigation, as well as investigations by the Department of Justice, the FBI, and the U.S. Park Police, all concluded that Foster’s death was indeed a suicide.
In 1996 Hillary Clinton was accused by the Senate Special Whitewater Committee of ordering the removal of potentially damaging files (related to Whitewater or other matters) from Foster’s office on the night of his death.
Other critics of the Clintons have made more lurid allegations: that Foster’s death was not a suicide, that it was connected to Whitewater, and that Hillary Clinton was somehow involved by covering up activities together with Foster before his death or in that her relationship with Foster was an intimate one. Other conspiracy theories claimed that she had killed Foster herself or had him killed.
Origin of the name Hillary
During an April 1995 visit to Tibet, Hillary Clinton met New Zealand’s Sir Edmund Hillary, co-first-climber of Mount Everest. Clinton remarked that her mother, Dorothy Emma Howell Rodham, had told her that she was named after the famous climber. “It had two L’s, which is how she thought she was supposed to spell Hillary,” Clinton said at the Tibet meeting. “So when I was born, she called me Hillary, and she always told me it’s because of Sir Edmund Hillary.”
However, the Everest climb did not take place until 1953, more than five years after Clinton was born. Clinton opponents have used the discrepancy as evidence towards the charge that she is prone to fabrications. (LOOK OUT! SNIPERS!) Clinton said that her mother read about beekeeper-turned-mountaineer Edmund Hillary in a publication while pregnant in 1947 and liked the name and thus used the two L’s form. Some searches of prominent U.S. publications show no publicity given to Edmund Hillary before the Everest climb, so it is unlikely that Dorothy Rodham (who has not publicly spoken about the issue) would have heard of him. Furthermore, Hillary with two L’s was not that unusual a spelling at the time. Snopes.com concluded that Hillary Clinton probably made up the naming story as “a little white lie concocted for a special occasion.”
Finally, in October 2006, a spokeswoman for Senator Clinton’s re-election campaign explained that she was not in fact named after the mountain climber, stating rather that “It was a sweet family story her mother shared to inspire greatness in her daughter, to great results I might add.”
Filegate
In June 1996, White House security head Craig Livingstone improperly asked for and received several hundred FBI background files, including ones on White House personnel from former Republican administrations. It was claimed that Hillary Clinton had requested these files and that she had recommended hiring the supposedly unqualified Livingstone; she denied these charges. The affair became known as ”Filegate”.

Sue Al Gore for Fruad
The founder of the Weather Channel wants to sue Al Gore for fraud, hoping a legal debate will settle the global-warming debate once and for all.
John Coleman, who founded the cable network in 1982, suggests suing for fraud proponents of global warming, including Al Gore, and companies that sell carbon credits.
"Is he committing financial fraud? That is the question," Coleman said.
"Since we can't get a debate, I thought perhaps if we had a legal challenge and went into a court of law, where it was our scientists and their scientists, and all the legal proceedings with the discovery and all their documents from both sides and scientific testimony from both sides, we could finally get a good solid debate on the issue," Coleman said. "I'm confident that the advocates of 'no significant effect from carbon dioxide' would win the case."
• Click here to watch video of Coleman on "Fox and Friends."
Coleman says his side of the global-warming debate is being buried in mainstream media circles.
"As you look at the atmosphere over the last 25 years, there's been perhaps a degree of warming, perhaps probably a whole lot less than that, and the last year has been so cold that that's been erased," he said.
"I think if we continue the cooling trend a couple of more years, the general public will at last begin to realize that they've been scammed on this global-warming thing."

Coleman has long been a skeptic of global warming, and carbon dioxide is the linchpin to his argument.
"Does carbon dioxide cause a warming of the atmosphere? The proponents of global warming pin their whole piece on that," he said.
The compound carbon dioxide makes up only 38 out of every 100,000 particles in the atmosphere, he said.
"That's about twice as what there were in the atmosphere in the time we started burning fossil fuels, so it's gone up, but it's still a tiny compound," Coleman said. "So how can that tiny trace compound have such a significant effect on temperature?
"My position is it can't," he continued. "It doesn't, and the whole case for global warming is based on a fallacy."

Obama's Spiritual Leader`s "Anti-America Rant"
In a fiery sermon taped and available on DVD, Barack Obama’s longtime pastor and spiritual adviser can be seen and heard saying three times: “God damn America.” (Well, most people won't notice that his public rant actually broke 3 laws: Illinios 1983 Code 12-14 Sec 50-67, Sec 50-69 and 720 ILCS 5/26-1. Just like most people won't mind that is calls for support for Obama from the pulpit violate US tax code.)
The Rev. Jeremiah Wright Jr., in his taped sermons, also questioned America’s role in the spread of the AIDS virus and suggested that the United States bore some responsibility for the Sept. 11, 2001, terror attacks.
Confronting the content of some of Wright’s sermons, parts of which have been aired this week on FOX News, the Obama campaign is continuing to distance itself from the pastor’s rhetoric. But it is stopping short of a full repudiation.
Wright’s supporters say his Afro-centric sermons accurately portray black America, and they contend his sermons are widely studied by theologians. But critics are now calling attention to some of his words from the pulpit.
The pastor delivered his final sermon last month and retired as leader of Trinity United Church of Christ in Chicago. Obama has attended the church for 20 years and calls Wright his spiritual adviser.

In a fiery sermon in April 2003, Wright said: “The government gives them the drugs, builds bigger prisons, passes three-strike laws and wants them to sing God Bless America.
“No! No No!
“God damn America … for killing innocent people.
“God damn America for threatening citizens as less than humans.
“God damn America as long as she tries to act like she is God and supreme.”
In DVD copies of his sermons available for purchase, Wright can also be seen questioning America’s role in the spreading of the HIV virus that leads to AIDS. In another speech, made in the days after 9/11, he suggested that American foreign policy invited the terror attacks.
“We bombed Hiroshima. We bombed Nagasaki. And we nuked far more than the thousands in New York and the Pentagon and we never batted an eye,” Wright said.
“We have supported state terrorism against the Palestinians and black South Africans, and now we are indignant because of stuff we have done overseas is now brought back into our own backyard. America is chickens coming home to roost.”
The pastor also said: “The government lied about inventing the HIV virus as a means of genocide against people of color. The government lied.”
Late Thursday, the Obama campaign said it has distanced itself from certain comments made by the pastor. But it did not fully repudiate Wright himself — as some critics have called for.
“Senator Obama has said before that he profoundly disagrees with some of the statements and positions of Reverend Wright, who has preached his last sermon as pastor at the church,” Obama campaign spokesman Bill Burton said. “Senator Obama deplores divisive statements whether they come from his supporters, the supporters of his opponent, talk radio, or anywhere else.” (Bullshit... only if the statement is made against Obama.)
Obama’s longtime relationship with Wright is continuing to spark controversy.
“This is not just someone that Barack Obama has a casual relationship with,” said Tom Bevan, executive editor of RealClearPolitics.com. He noted that Wright married Barack and Michelle Obama, and Wright’s words were the inspiration for the title of Obama’s book, “The Audacity of Hope.”
“Barack Obama has not out and out distanced himself from all of these comments … ,” said Patricia Murphy, editor of CitizenJanePolitics.com. “It’s unclear if he rejects all of these statements. I would assume that he does, but I think he is going to be pushed where he needs to come out and fully explain his relationship with his pastor.”
Some of Wright’s statements have raised eyebrows at a time the Internal Revenue Service is scrutinizing tax-exempt religious organizations for alleged violations of rules barring them from participating in political campaigns.
Prior to his retirement last month, Wright delivered commentary from the pulpit in which he praised Obama, as well as remarks focusing on the racial divide between Obama and Clinton.
“There is a man here who can take this country in a new direction,” Wright said during his Jan. 13 sermon.
During a Christmas sermon, Wright tried to compare Obama’s upbringing to Jesus at the hands of the Romans.
“Barack knows what it means living in a country and a culture that is controlled by rich white people,” Wright said. “Hillary would never know that.
“Hillary ain’t never been called a nigger. Hillary has never had a people defined as a non-person.”
In a Jan. 13 sermon, Wright said:
“Hillary is married to Bill, and Bill has been good to us. No he ain’t! Bill did us, just like he did Monica Lewinsky. He was riding dirty.”
So far the McCain and the Clinton campaigns has been shamefully quiet over Wright’s comments.

PORK SPENDING SCORECARD
PORK SPENDING SCORECARD
We have a bit of bipartisan action taking place this week on the floor of the U.S. Senate. A Republican and a Democrat Senator: DeMint of South Carolina and McCaskill of Missouri, are going to offer an amendment to a bill that would require a two-thirds vote of the senate for any pork (or earmark, as they like to call it) spending to be approved.
McCain has vowed to be there to cast his vote for it. But Hillary and Obama have made no such vow. McCain is taking time off from his campaign to go to Washington just so he can vote on this amendment to end earmark spending.
In the meantime .. let's take a peek at the presidential candidate earmark records for the 2008 budget:
Hillary Clinton: 212 earmarks totaling $266 million.
Barack Obama: 53 earmarks totaling $126 million
John McCain: 0 earmarks totaling $0.0 million.
Hmmmm ... I wonder who is the better choice for getting the budget under control?

Hey Obama and Hillary are Niggers!
WARNING: Contains offensive language.
OK, she's not and the N word is a word I don't like to use. But If you listen to Political Activist / Pastor Jeremiah Wright Jr you find out that being called a nigger makes you a better candidate. Who knew that the KKK and other dim-witted hate groups would actually be supporting Obama by calling him a nigger?
(OK, I'm done using the N-word now not because I refuse to support Obama or because it's not PC but because my parents raised me better.)
Barack Hussein Obama's nut job of a pastor and the church he's served for 36 years should be in hot water over statements Wright has made from the pulpit in support of the under qualified Illinois senator's run for the White House.
The Rev. Jeremiah Wright Jr. claims to follow the righteous path, but when it comes to the federal tax law, his Trinity United Church of Christ may have crossed the line. Wright praised Obama from the pulpit on Jan. 13 in what was billed as his final sermon at the Chicago church.
"There is a man here who can take this country in a new direction," Wright said during his sermon. (Backward is a new direction folks.)
It was not the first time Wright endorsed Obama from the pulpit. The title of Obama's second book, "The Audacity of Hope," was stolen from a sermon by Wright. (More proof that the Democrat's dancing monkey is not capable of originial thought.)
During a Christmas sermon, Wright tried to compare Obama's upbringing to Jesus at the hands of the Romans.
As Obama Talks Religion, Questions Surround His Controversial Pastor
"Hillary ain't never been called a nigger. Hillary has never had a people defined as a non-person." Wright decried from the pulpit.
In his Jan. 13 sermon, Wright said: "Hillary is married to Bill, and Bill has been good to us. No he ain't! Bill did us, just like he did Monica Lewinsky. He was riding dirty."
"It's pretty clear an indirect endorsement of Barack Obama — that's not something you're supposed to do according to the tax code," said Andrew Walsh, a professor at Trinity College who specializes in religion in politics.
The tax code bans churches from participating in or intervening in a political campaign. Violations can result in the loss of a church's tax exempt status.
"Senator Obama has said repeatedly that personal attacks such as this have no place in this campaign or our politics, whether they're offered from a platform at a rally or the pulpit of a church," said Bill Burton, a campaign spokesman.
"Senator Obama does not think of the pastor of his church in political terms. Like a member of his family, there are things he says with which Senator Obama deeply disagrees."
Obama defended Wright's longtime activism for blacks in America last week at a campaign event in Ohio.
"Jeremiah Wright ... has said some things that are considered controversial because he's considered that part of his social gospel," Obama said.
The Internal Revenue Service wouldn't comment on whether it is looking into potential tax violations at Trinity United. The church declined to make Wright available for an interview.
Congregant Dwight Hopkins, a professor of Theology at the University of Chicago, said there is no basis for the IRS to go after the church.
"From the church side they will say it's theology," said. "If it wasn't a senator running for president and it wasn't his church, then I think we could say all kinds of things."
The IRS has written dozens of letters warning churches against political advocacy from the pulpit. Yet it has revoked a church's tax-exempt status only twice in the last half-century.
Walsh said it's not typical for the IRS to enforce the rules.
"There's a tension here between the desires of the religious leaders to say important things in the public marketplace and the IRS rules, and so most of the time, the IRS does not enforce these rules," Walsh said.
The public scrutiny of these sermons comes in the wake of last month's revelation by the head of the United Church of Christ that the IRS is investigation a speech Obama gave at the denomination's national conference last year in Connecticut.
In a certified letter, Marsha Ramirez, IRS director, EO Examinations, wrote:
"Our concerns are based on articles posted on several Web sites including the church's which state the United States Presidential Candidate Senator Barack Obama addressed nearly 10,000 church members gathered at the United Church of Christ's biennial General Synod at the Hartford Civic Center, on June 23, 2007. In addition, 40 Obama volunteers staffed campaign tables outside the center to promote his campaign."
Some remarks attributed to Wright that have been posted on the Internet and cited in press accounts include:
“Fact number one: We’ve got more black men in prison than there are in college.
"Fact number two: Racism is how this country was founded and how this country is still run.
"We are deeply involved in the importing of drugs, the exporting of guns and the training of professional killers. ... We believe in white supremacy and black inferiority and believe it more than we believe in God. ... We conducted radiation experiments on our own people. ... We care nothing about human life if the ends justify the means.
"And ... And ... And! God! Has got! To be sick! Of this shit!"

Obama's "Change" equals Politics as Usual
Obama's Bisiness partner Real estate developer and Democrat money man, Antoin "Tony" Rezko is on trial in a Chicago federal courtroom on political corruption charges for allegedly buying influence with Illinois Gov. Rod Blagojevich's administration. Rezko is charged with 15 counts of fraud, as well as money laundering, bribery and attempted extortion. The trial is expected to last three to four months.
Rezko doesn't deny his role as a high-powered money man for major Democrats — including presidential candidate Barack Hussein Obama when Obama served in the Illinois Legislature — but he refutes prosecutors allegations that he tried to shake down companies that wanted to do business with the state.
Tony Rezko's defense attorney wants to make it clear that in no way did the memo/e-mail entered as evidence today in court imply that Obama or other Illinois state lawmakers were "consulted" about any who should or should not be recommended to serve on a state hospitals planning board.
Defense attorney Joe Duffy says the memo shows that "Obama was one of the sponsors of the SB 1332, (designed to restructure the board). The memo had nothing to do with any recommendations." Obama and the rest of the lawmakers named in the memo voted in favor of SB 1332 in May 2004.
Yesterday, Rezko's defense team revealed an e-mail sent from an associate of David Wilhelm, the former campaign manager for Illinois Gov. Rod Blagojevich, to the governor's former general counsel, Susan Lichtenstein. The memo states that Obama -- then an Illinois state senator --consulted with other state lawmakers about who should serve as board members on the Illinois Health Facilities Planning Board (IHFPB).
The IHFPB oversees the construction and expansion of Illinois hospitals. It's one of two state boards Tony Rezko is accused of trying to steal money from in what prosecutors call a "pay-to-play" scheme. Rezko never served on either board, but today two former employees with the governors office testified Rezko recommended dozens of people to those boards who eventually were appointed by the governor to serve. Prosecutors say Rezko's plan was to recommend people he knew would conspire with him to accept bribes and kickbacks from companies doing business with the boards.
Sen. Barack Hussein Obama's name surfaced briefly during day two of testimony in the public corruption trial of Chicago businessman and political fundraiser Tony Rezko.
During his opening statement to the jury, Tony Rezko's attorney described his client as a family man who came to the U.S. from Syria to pursue the American dream, eventually achieving that dream as a successful businessman.
Rezko is on trial in federal court accused of 15 counts of fraud, money laundering, aiding and abetting bribery and attempted extortion of a Hollywood movie producer, Tom Rosenberg (Million Dollar Baby).
Rezko was indicted in October 2006, accused of soliciting kickbacks from companies seeking state pension business. Rezko has a strong reputation in Illinois for being a political fixer. He's donated thousands of dollars to Illinois political campaigns, including U.S. Sen. Barack Hussein Obama.
Lead defense attorney, Joe Duffy, says Rezko has a long list of friends in Illinois politics including Obama. Duffy told the jury, "Tony Rezko met Barack Hussein Obama when Obama was a student at Harvard law school and he (Rezko) offered him a job with his business," which Obama declined. "Tony was a friend and supported Obama through the years."
Barack Hussein Obama's name was mentioned twice during defense attorney Joe Duffy's opening statement.
Duffy told the jury that Rezko had many friends in Illinois politics, too many to name. But he did name Obama and said how Rezko met the Democratic presidential candidate at Harvard Law School and how he offered Obama a job.

Spitzer, Hillary and Obama ... 3 peas in a pod.
Why am I surprised that Disgraced New York Gov. Spitzer being Under Pressure to Resign for being the latest Dim to be caught up in a sex scandal? It is common place for Dims to cheat on their wives and to steal money. ( NY Gov. Spitzer Snagged by IRS Probe Into Money Laundering)
Typical Dims being Dims.
(Please note in 2007 Sen Obama voted in line with the Democrat party 100% of the time making him the most liberal Senator in office last year. Yet the Dims' dancing monkey claims to be about change. While in the State assembly in Illinios he had a chance to make changes but instead of making waves he simply voted present on almost every heated issue that came to a vote. I think I have pointed out time and again what the Dims are all about. Fool the masses. Promise bennies for the poor. Expand Gov't. And all the time line your own pockets. Obama is no different than Hillary or Spitzer.)

Obama the Savior of Al-Qaida
Only in the whacked out PC world would Iowa Republican congressman Steve King have to defend his prediction that terrorists would celebrate if Democrat Barack Obama were elected president. (Obama will) certainly be viewed as a savior for them," King told The Associated Press. “That’s why you will see them supporting him, encouraging him.”King said his offices have been bombarded with calls — positive and negative — since he said Friday that al-Qaida “would be dancing in the streets in greater numbers than they did on September 11 because they would declare victory in this war on terror.” (Well, that a duh statement.)
King cited Obama’s pledge to pull U.S. troops from Iraq, his father’s Muslim roots in Kenya and his middle name, Hussein, which King said has a meaning to terrorists.
Asked about the remarks as he campaigned in Mississippi, Obama said, “I think that Mr. King has it backwards. The fact that the continuation of a presence in Iraq as Senator McCain has suggested is exactly what, I think, will fan the flames of anti-American sentiment and make it more difficult for us to create a long-term and sustainable peace in the world. (Mr. Obama....think about what you just said. Do you not think that letting the Terrorists win, will not cause them to celebrate and make them bolder and the USA appear weaker to them? So, not only does Obama look like Curious George you are as dumb and naive as he is?
Obama denies being a Muslim but admits to having connections to the Islamic religion. He acknowledges spending part of his childhood in largely Muslim Indonesia and to smoking pot and selling crack. (Sounds like presidential material to me .... NOT!!!)

Is Obama too black or too white?
For months we have heard Dims and fools like Al Sharpton and Jesse Jackson say Barack Obama's real problem isn't that he's too black — it's that he's too white.
The buzz began earlier the day, when the liberal Web site DailyKos.com showed side-by-side screen grabs of Barack Obama taken during a debate with Clinton in Cleveland last week. The screen grab used in the ad showed a clearly darker-skinned Obama, prompting some to wonder if it was done to highlight his race.
So, why did the new Hillary Clinton ad cause an Internet stir Today among nut jobs who claim it deliberately darkens Barack Obama’s skin color?
The buzz began earlier the day, when the liberal Web site DailyKos.com showed side-by-side screen grabs of Barack Obama taken during a debate with Clinton in Cleveland last week. The screen grab used in the ad showed a clearly darker-skinned Obama, prompting some to wonder if it was done to highlight his race.
Whatever the case, one posting on the DailyKos site charged that while darkening footage may be considered standard practice for political ads trying to “cast the target as sinister,” it is “not an acceptable excuse.”
OK Girls and boys, it's History lesson time. After O.J. Simpson was arrested (in 1994 for murder not 2007 for Robbery), multiple publications carried his image. Notably, TIME magazine published an edition featuring an altered mugshot, darkening his skin and reducing the size of the prisoner ID number. This appeared on newsstands right next to an unaltered picture by Newsweek. Outcry from minority rights groups followed. Illustrator Matt Mahurin of TIME was the one to alter the image, saying later that he "wanted to make it more artful, more compelling."
Then as now the one thing the media missed is that their own assertion that dark is more sinister is in and of itself racist.

Rush Caller insults Curious George by comparing him to Obama
I have to put this out there. I've been chuckling ever since I heard this this afternoon. A caller into Rush's show said her daughter said Obama looks like Curious George. Political cartoonists make him out to be Curious George-esque, but I see a resemblence in reality. My youngest loves Curious George, they have it on PBS every weekday morning! (Personally I think that Curious George is cuter and would make a better President.)".
Anyone else grow up as a little kid reading Curious George books?
I loved them when I was little. And My kids all love them. However, I'm going to have a hard time looking at Obama again without thinking about Curious George. This is almost as good as Perot looking directly at the camera at saying "I'm all ears".

The whole thing leaves me asking, "This is news? "If ABC News ran an article everytime GWB was insulted by a dim they would triple their publication. (Well, their coverage and broadcast times.)

English Should be the Official and Only Language Used in the United States.
English Should be the Official and Only Language Used in the United States.
Immigrants to the United States should be forced to assimilate by outlawing public use of their native languages. English is the Official State Language of twenty-seven of the fifty States. (U.S. English Foundation Inc 2005) English should be declared the Official language of the United States. The “English Only” movement is not about legalizing discrimination against minorities’ native tongues. It is about balancing diversity and cultural vitality with economic strength and the future of America’s Identity. Instead of "English Plus” or other bilingualism movements, “English Only” has to be embraced to overcome language barriers in the United States.
Frequently, a call to an automated business or government line will result in the caller being asked to press a number to continue in his or her choice of several languages. This makes little sense, since the overwhelming majority of private and public business transactions in the United States are conducted in English. (Shelby and Akaka 1996) Many States offer their Driver’s License test in multiple languages. (Hellegaard 1996). This makes no sense because their road signs are written English. The following is an outstanding example of the monumental waste of time and economic expense of translating all written or verbal instructions into every minorities’ language instead or forcing them it adapt to using English.
The title of this essay is “English should be the official and only language used in the United States.”

The above translations only cover fifteen of the 322 languages spoken in the United States. Twenty-four languages of those are spoken in every state and the District of Columbia. Wyoming has the fewest spoken languages with fifty-six while California has the most languages, with 207. (U.S. English Inc. 2005)
English, with 514,000,0000, speakers is second to only Chinese (Mandarin) with 1,740,000, 000 speakers, as the most widely spoken language in the world. French comes in third world wide. Spanish is the fourth most spoken language, with more than 100,000,000 million less than English Speakers. (Owen 1996).
Many foreign companies who do business successfully in the United States require that their salespeople learn English. English is considered to be the de facto language of the United States. In fact, almost all public business, and most private business, is conducted in English. (US Bureau of the Census 1990) It is a mater of shear economics not racial bigotry that English be declared the Official language of the United States.
Many minority leaders foolishly and harshly criticize the “English Only” movement of racial bigotry. They claim the “English Only” movement is a campaign of intolerance. They see it as a backlash against their advances in civil rights, education, and political empowerment. (Greenhouse 1996) "U.S. English is to Hispanics as the Ku Klux Klan is to blacks." Claims Raul Yzaguirre, president of the National Council of La Raza. “La Raza” is a Spanish phrase which literally translates as “The Race”. It is ironic that a group calling themselves “The Race” would openly accuse any other group of Racism.
President Theodore Roosevelt’s wise words from 1919 on the need for assimilation of immigrants into the United States’ society and on English language unification still ring true today. Roosevelt stated, "In the first place we should insist that if the immigrant who comes here in good faith becomes an American and assimilates himself to us, he shall be treated on an exact equality with everyone else, for it is an outrage to discriminate against any such man because of creed, or birthplace, or origin. But this is predicated upon the man's becoming in very fact an American, and nothing but an American ...There can be no divided allegiance here. Any man who says he is an American, but something else also, isn't an American at all. We have room for but one flag, the American flag, and this excludes the red flag, which symbolizes all wars against liberty and civilization, just as much as it excludes any foreign flag of a nation to which we are hostile...We have room for but one language here, and that is the English language...and we have room for but one sole loyalty and that is a loyalty to the American people.”
Declaring English as the Official Language of the United States is 230 years over-due. All the States indivially and the United States as a whole should take California’s and Georgia’s lead and enact tough Official English statutes (Torres 1996) All State and federal employees should be mandated to conduct official business solely in English. All bilingual state and federal forms should be abolished. English needs to be officially declared the National Language of the United Stated thus forcing immigrants to assimilate into the American society and ensuring the future of the American identity.
